Her consistency, humility, and passion for growth continue to inspire the entire Shadrach Fellowship community.
Professional Leadership and Impact
Eloina Baddoo is the General Manager for Delta Air Lines’ Ghana GSA (Aviation Alliance), where she oversees commercial operations in Ghana. Since joining Delta in 2018, Eloina has risen through the ranks—from Sales Officer to Sales Manager and now General Manager—demonstrating a consistent commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusive leadership.
As one of five women on Delta’s all-female Sales leadership team in Africa, Eloina brings a distinctive blend of commercial acumen and relationship-building expertise to her role. She manages key customer and trade relationships, supports corporate partners, and works closely with Delta’s Joint Venture (JV) partners, Air France and KLM. Under her leadership, the JV has maintained its position as the leading transatlantic alliance to North America from the region.
Her influence extends across the industry, serving as Chairperson of the Board of Airline Representatives Ghana (BARGH) and as a Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce Ghana, where she contributes to cross-sector dialogue and economic development initiatives. Eloina also plays a critical role in aviation security and facilitation as a member of the National Civil Aviation Security Committee (NCASC) and the National Air Transport Facilitation Committee.
Her previous leadership positions include chairing IATA’s Local Customer Advisory Group – Passenger (LCAGP) and the Agency Program Joint Council (APJC) for Ghana, where she championed strategies to improve customer service standards and drive innovation in the local aviation sector.
Champion for Inclusion and Community
A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Eloina serves as the DEI Action Club Coordinator for the EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India) region at Delta Air Lines. She has championed initiatives that foster inclusive workplace cultures and amplify underrepresented voices across the organisation.
Her commitment to service extends beyond the workplace. Eloina is deeply engaged in community service and youth development. She teaches Sunday School and has volunteered with the Anglican Sunday School Association’s Annual Summer Camp and the Legon Interdenominational Church’s Vacation Bible School. Additionally, she leads Delta’s community service initiatives with Junior Achievement Ghana/Africa and Breast Care International.
Academic and Global Perspective
An alumna of Holy Child School, the University of Ghana, and Belgorod State Technological University in Russia, Eloina’s multicultural academic journey has shaped her global perspective and sharpened her ability to navigate complex international markets with wisdom and skill.
A Shadrach Fellow of Distinction
Beyond her impressive professional and community leadership, Eloina’s role as a Shadrach Fellow reflects her commitment to spiritual and personal growth. She has been steadfast in her dedication to the fellowship—actively engaging in every retreat, training, and prayer gathering.
